wrong version selected

    I bought an upgrade license from previous version. Should have got a new license as i have an earlier than 10 edition. How do I my upgrade license to full please?

    We see that you had Parallels Desktop 7 previously and you cannot upgrade to Pro version from it. We suggest you to get refund and purchase the full version. You can also let us know if you wish to get refund.
