Hi I have just purchased and installed parallels desktop and Windows 11 set up on an Mac air m1. All is good but only the xbox Game Bar is missing the xbox social/chat function. Does anyone have any experience on this matter and/or suggestions? I have updated Windows and game bar and I have checked against a native Windows pc that does have the feature and both have the same version number.
I noticed this as well when I wanted to jump into an Xbox Party chat with my friends. I recently installed Windows 11 on my M1 Macbook Air and the social options are missing in the Win+G Gamebar. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Gamebar app as well as making sure I have the latests Windows updates, but the issue remains. My work around right now is to use the older Xbox Console Companion app to do Xbox voice chat, but it would be nice to get the Gamebar to work since it has voice overlays to see who is talking.
