I'm having trouble getting C# code with XNA to run under parallels 7 on my macbook. I checked the requirements for XNA to run and referenced it to what my macbook has along with what Parallels 7 supports and it should run. XNA requires a GPU that supports Shader Model 1.1 (I have a GMA X3100 in my macbook which supports SM 3.0 and Parallels supports up to 3.0), and a GPU that supports at least DirectX 9.0c (the GMA X3100 supports DirectX 10.0 and Parallels supports DirectX 9.0c). So both Parallels and my macbook meet the minimum requirements but I still cant run my code. I changed the Profile from HiDef to Reach and reinstalled Parallel tools but it still wont run. I have a trial for VMWare which I tested the same code in and it ran fine. I'm currently using Windows 7 Professional x64 from my boot camp partition in Parallels (not sure if the problem has anything to do with me running windows in a VM from my boot camp partition). Anyone have any idea on why I cant run XNA in Parallels 7?
