I recently upgraded to desktop 9, as I wanted to upgrade to Maverick.

After the Desktop upgrade everything was fine.

After the Maverick upgrade the bootcamp partition is un-usable.
Just clicking on the start button takes minutes before it reacts.

I've re-installed the parallel tools, but this has not fixed it.

My bootcamp partition runs XP, has 2 or 4 processor, and 4gb from 8gb memory.

What can I do to fix this?

    thanks, Paul
