XP with Bootcamp mode says Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardwar

Anyway this was working fine but because of some software issues not Parallels related I decided to reinstall everything.

I have XP and OS X both reinstalled and updated just like before. 2 partitions with the 2nd being XP.

However when I goto install Parallels and try it in boot camp mode after the virtual bios I get this screen

"Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware problem.
Could not read from the selected boot disk. Check boot path and the disk hardware.
Please check the Windows documentation about hardware disk configuaration and your hardware reference manuals for additional information."

Boot camp runs windows fine, only Parallels gives this error.

Anyone know why?
