This getting annoying. I purchased the App store version about 3 years ago and then upgraded to the non App store version last year so basically paying twice. I'm now getting the renewal alert but when I click on renew I get the above message. The app and web accounts are the same login details but the website only shows the App store version which has expired.

All very annoying Parallels, sort it out...
