Your product activation key reached its activation limit and cannot be used...

Dear Sirs

Having migrated my macbook pro to a new computer the activation code appress to be invalid.

I have uninstalled parallels 9 from my iMac and and now on reinstall it is showing this message: Your product activation key reached its activation limit and cannot be used...

I have no use for purchasing a new licence as I will only be using the parallels on the new machine.

Please help.

Hello MarkT6, we have reset your Parallels Desktop 9 activation key. Please activate it once again and keep us posted.

 

Thank you Swati - I am up and running now except my windows is all quite small. How do I change the size to view more easily please?

 

if you have small icons on the Win side, please reinstall Parallels Tools and check the issue.
Plz let us now if it's not that case.
