Business vs Personal account conflict

    Hello,
    I've just signed up for a trial of Parallels Access so that I can access my Mac Studio from my iPad Pro.
    From the web portal I can see that I have two accounts under my email address: Personal and Business (I'm admin). The full Parallels instance is running under by Business account while the Access account defaulted to my Personal account.
    I can select both accounts from the web interface, and connect to the Mac, but no such option is visible in Access iPad app.
    I suspect that this is why I can't see my Mac from the iPad but can't see any way to bind Access to my Business account.
    Can anyone please point me in the right direction on this?
