Hi, I have not been using Parallels for more than two years now. I even forgot I had a subscription for this. I got an email today, that it auto renewed. I immediately followed the link in the email to cancel my subscription. It stopped subscription for next year, but did not actually cancel the current subscription renewal. Also I don't see an option to get a refund. I don't trust Parallels anymore. There is no phone /chat support anywhere and I like to remove my credit card info from their site. No response on Facebook Messenger Please Cancel the auto-renewal that happened today, refund the $99 that was charged and remove my credit card info from your site. thanks, Raja.
Hi, i have the same issue. I forgot about my account and it just renewed 20 minutes ago. I've just now cancelled further auto renewals but can I get a refund, and my credit card information removed? Thanks
