Parallels Access is discontinued as of March 5, 2024, and will no longer be available for purchase or renewal after this date. Parallels will support existing subscriptions until April 30, 2024. If you have Parallels Access as a free bonus software for purchasing a Parallels Desktop license, please note that Parallels Access will no longer be available for activation as part of your Parallels Desktop license as of March 5, 2024
Please note, after April 30, 2024, Parallels Access will no longer receive support and you will no longer be able to use Parallels Access in any environment.

Why are we taking this action?
Advancements in technology and shifts in the market landscape have led us to re-evaluate our product lineup.
As a result, we have decided to discontinue our development and support of Parallels Access. This decision allows us to concentrate our resources on developing and enhancing other Parallels products that continue to deliver value and innovation.
We remain focused on delivering high-quality solutions that best meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What this means for you right now
    Purchases and renewals
Effective immediately, Parallels Access will no longer be available for purchase or renewal. We encourage you to look for an alternative solution that suits your needs. If your license term ends before March 5, 2024, you do not need to take any action. Your term will end on your license expiration date and will not be renewed.

    For current Parallels Access subscribers
If you have purchased a Parallels Access subscription, please note that your Parallels Access service will remain operational and supported until April 30, 2024. After this date, please be aware that the application will cease to function on all platforms and environments.

Usage of Parallels Access offered as a bonus software for a Parallels Desktop license
If you are actively using Parallels Access through your Parallels Desktop subscription, you will continue to receive support until April 30, 2024. We encourage you to begin exploring alternative solutions to ensure a smooth transition once Parallels Access becomes unavailable.

I have a year and a half left on my subscription. Will I not be refunded for the unfulfilled portion of it?

Is there any rebate/refund program in effect? With a subscription that just renewed it has become a wasted investment. While a cash refund might not make sense --- what about a rebate program for other Parallels product subscription. Perhaps the user base is too small to care about us? Anyway would be nice to see a positive company response to such issues rather than just dismissive - 'go away' we got your last few dollars. Sorry if I'm being too harsh right out of the gate but this came as a bit of a surprise since I did just renew.

    That's what I call a "short notice".

<30 days notice and I need to open a ticket to get refunded?
Do I need to worry about your other products?
    What aren't you telling us?

A sad day & decision, please reconsider the access function as so many of us users used it with your vm desktop software I think it's a mistake and users will look for other companies that will fill the void you are about to create amongst the community. Very disappointed & a little annoyed as I paid £13.99 for this service when my desktop subscription renewed in October 2023 which should mean it works for me the year until October 2024 or get a partial refund?
