Key cannot be used to activate on Mac that had parallels 10 installed already

    Hello, I've had parallels 10 I believe on this macbook for years now, but for whatever reason it just doesn't open anymore, so I decided to download and install parallels 18, except when I go to activate it I am getting that "This key cannot be used to activate Parallels Desktop." popup. Am I missing something?
