Seeing sporadic (but fairly consistent) Http 400 errors when connecting to a TFS Repository as well as connection to MSDN Subscriber downloads within Windows 8.1 VM. Reproduction: Within Visual Studio 2013 Update 3, perform a Get from the repro and 10-25% of files to be pulled down will get Http 400 errors. Re-get multiple times and eventually all files will be retrieved. I have installed all windows updates for 8.1. Am considering purchasing Parallels 10 (still on trial now), but would need this issue resolved.
