Hello, I've just been notified that my credit card has been charged of my ongoing student membership that I haven't used in almost two years, this recurrent payment has happened before last year for which I've also asked for a refunded and if I recall correctly cancelled my subscription right after, however it seems that it hasn't been cancelled and it has gone through with the yearly payment again.
