request for refund

    My reference number is 442505970, I purchased Parallels for Mac on Jan 22 and I would like a refund since it hasn't been 30 days and I no longer use this product and will no longer be needing it. I have tried requesting via cleverbridge, but it says "Unfortunately an online refund is not possible for your order and needs to be processed manually.". Please help me refund this.

    A refund request has been submitted for processing.
    Kindly note that it can take five to seven business days for refunds to show up on your account.
