    Hi,
After 6 years with VMware I've jumped to Parallels. VMware made it too hard to deal with, as the customer support was hopeless at figuring out how I could pay them.... (my CC ws blocked because I was not doing the transaction from inside my home country.....uh duh...people travel and work...).

So I tried the trial version of parallels and now have P10. Parallels 'imported' most of my previous windows based stuff from my old VMware. The missing bits I reinstalled. I have a Mac Air running Yosemite... and like others I notice that P10 is running slow.
I need to remove the old VMware programme... is there a safe way to do that...given I told P10 to use it to build my P10 system? Any tricks or traps I need to watch for to optimise and reclaim my disk space from VMware and to 'lock-in' my parallels system?
