Unable to Transfer License

    I've followed all of the instructions, and am still told i cannot transfer license.

    I dont use parallels on my old machine, I need it on my new machine.

    I should not be prompted to buy a new license, i need access to my existing license.

    I 'confirmed access to my Parallels account from an unrecognized web browser' via e-mail, and clicked on ALLOW ACCESS

    THIS LICENSE KEY IS ALREADY REGISTERED ON A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT
    Well guess what, I want to use it on my new computer, not my old computer.
    Why is this so difficult?

    I am still unable to use my Parallels license on my new machine, despite repeated attempts to transfer, I still cannot.

    I need to move my license only (not wanting to move VM's) from an M1 Mac to an Intel Mac. When I click "Activate," "Activate on this Mac," I receive "Unable to perform the operation. This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again." Could someone reach out to me with a private message?

    I am trying to activate my current license on my new Mac. I keep getting "UNABLE TO PERFORM THE OPERATION - Your product license has reached the activation limit"
