    Hello, I was using parallels in my old mac. I got rid of the old mac and got a new one.
    Is there any way to use the license in my new mac? I have my license ID.

    We are unable to find any subscriptions linked to your email address.
    Kindly provide us with the email address linked to your Parallels account.

    Hello, I am also trying to activate my current license on my new Mac and I get the error message "Unable to perform the operation - Your product license has reached the activation limit".

    Any help would be much appreciated.
