I have the exact same problem after getting a new Macbook Pro. I could use some help, and it seems really silly that the software is not licensed for use on my personal machines (laptop + desktop)

I am having the same problem. I uninstalled it from my new MacBook and wanted to install it on my iMac but it said I reached my maximum activations. Please help Parallels Support!

I have the same problem. This is really annoying.
I have followed the instructions here http://kb.parallels.com/en/116527 on how to "move parallels desktop to a new mac", with no luck...
I bought a new macbook pro, so I wanted to transfer my parallels installation there. I uninstalled Parallels completely using the provided "PDremove" applescript, and then tried to insert my key in the new mac, but I got the ominous message "you have reached the maximum number of activations...".
Of course, I am not going to buy a new license!
I hope this gets fixed quickly, or else I will have to look for an alternative virtualization tool.
