I was able to sync it once after installing the new build 3810 but now I get an error message and am unable to sync.

Having the same issues can't sync to a palm Z22 ticket number 652808 (by the way I have no idea where your "ticket" database is that you suggest we post to.

Also, twice I have been "elevated" to level 2 support and promised a response within 24 hours and nothing has happened. Perhaps it's the time difference between here and India... what a cluster.

    PDANet

Besides the sync problem, it is also almost impossible to get PDANet to work. Is the same issue as syncing or an additional issue?

    USB logging report

I was asked to load "devices.usb.loglevel=3" into the CPU system flag in the configuration. I did that and tried to connect my Palm Centro. Error report ID is 49804. I have reported this on my ongoing trouble ticket as well.

I also cannot sync, via USB or BT...

since I upgraded to 4.0. Right now I have to boot up in bootcamp just to sync.

John could you have the Customer support agents get up to speed on this. I got sent on a wild goose chase (or two of them) before I found this post.

I have the same issue with a Palm TX. Here are the details for my ticket:
"The Ticket has been assigned an ID of [Parallels #665872], Severity set to 3, and response ETA is 24 H."

Actually PDANet connects the Palm to the (virtual) PC via the USB port. The Palm then acts as a modem. This program has always worked fine until the Parallels 4 update, where I now get the same USB connection problems that I get when trying to sync.

I understand, ut still not sure it is related to USB problem,
I guess to check situation , it is necessary, to establish connection through Palm using PC and then try the same settings on VM
