product key doesn't work

Hello!
I purchased Paralles before a few weeks and use the actual stable build 1980. Now, i wanted to try out the new beta build 3036 beta and got the message that my key doesn't work with this version although you wrote in your entry, that the update is free.
I would be very thankful if you could help me.

Unfortunately, I've got the same problem. No idea what to do.

doesn't help, because the 1970 english version doesn't work with my German 1980 key either.
Looks like the update from 1970 to 3036 works.

And -- that the Parallel's support doesn't cares so much about these kind of problems …

Hope, we soon can enjoy the new version, too …
