Disappointed!

    Today, I purchased Parallel desktop and I received a message saying the order will be processed in
    2 hours. I haven't heard anything.
    To make matters worse I can't find a phone number without
    Having to pay for support.

    Do Parallel workers monitor here. I find it really poor it's hard to contact them

    The links you posted are difficult to use. My email won't let me login to check the ticket.
    Nothing works.

    I cannot access the ticket. It wont accept my email address, so i cant post comments in the ticket

    To access the ticket in Parallels support system, please follow this link to configure your new password and access the RT Self-service. https://support.parallels.com/NoAuth/GetPassword.html

    To activate your account, please use the email address and a ticket number of a recently created ticket. You will find ticket number in my personal messages.
