Parallels 9- Can't get trial version

    Hi, i just downloaded parallel today and im getting the same exclamation mark next to my email address when trying to get a trial.

    Hi, I'm getting the same red exclamation mark issue. I actually raised a support ticket several weeks ago but never got a response. I really can't understand why you guys just don't fix this issue without having to research and post on the forum - it's hardly a great introduction to your company and product. Anyway, can you send me a trial licence key please? And if I do get this working and decide to purchase, can I still get it at the discounted rate? Seems like the least you could do for all this stuffing around.

    I've also experienced the same issue. I'm trying to get the trial version but my email i greyed out and I just get that weird red exclamation mark next to it!

    "parallels desktop cannot connect to internet in order to complete your product activation"

    This is what I am getting.
    Could anyone help me with this?

    please generate a problem report ID as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and reply us the problem report ID.

    I get error Unable to request trial key, can you pls send me Activation key. I downloaded it yesterday but never able to by pass for trial version.

    Please perform the steps given below :

    1. Generate a Problem Report ID and send us in private message. ( http://kb.parallels.com/9058 )

    2. If you have an alternate e-mail address, try to request trial key using alternate e-mail (you can try your personal, if you feel OK with it.)

    3. If it still shows a red exclamation mark with another e-mail address – collect second Problem Report ID please. ( As suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/9058 ) and send that ID in private message as well

    4. We will Provide you with a trial license to activate Parallels Desktop on your Mac.

    Yeah I seem to be getting the greyed out email with an exclamation mark as well. Any chance for a 14 day trial thing? :)
