Install problems with v10

    I bought Desktop 10 from retailer and downloaded Parallels, but only v11 is available for download. Activation code for v10 will not work with v11 so I am not able to use it. Any ideas before I take it back to retailer?

    I have the similar problem. I have bought the license for PD10 however there is no link to download until I found this thread.

    Am I eligible for an upgrade to PD11 too?
