Hello, I have no idea why, but sometimes parallels just stops working and I can't click any buttons on my macbook pro. That also means I can't shut it down and have to force my macbook pro to shut down sothat I have to restart both - mac and windows which takes an considerable amount of time. Any solutions to it? I have absolutely no idea where to start to fix this issue. I'm using Parallels 10. Thanks in advance and with best regards, Nils
Hello NilsR, Please update Parallels Desktop to the latest build and update Parallels Tools and check how it works.
aaaaaand it happened again although I updated the tools and did some other stuff that another support guy told me which I contacted via the facebook form. I wonder how you can sell a program that doesn't let you click any buttons randomly at some point of the day. funny stuff. any solutions? Please notice that I lose quite a big amount of money everytime that happens. 4-figures. tyty
