Can't click any buttons in Windows

Hello,
I have no idea why, but sometimes parallels just stops working and I can't click any buttons on my macbook pro. That also means I can't shut it down and have to force my macbook pro to shut down sothat I have to restart both - mac and windows which takes an considerable amount of time.
Any solutions to it? I have absolutely no idea where to start to fix this issue. I'm using Parallels 10.

aaaaaand it happened again although I updated the tools and did some other stuff that another support guy told me which I contacted via the facebook form. I wonder how you can sell a program that doesn't let you click any buttons randomly at some point of the day. funny stuff. any solutions?

Please notice that I lose quite a big amount of money everytime that happens. 4-figures. tyty
