Can't upgrade to Parallels Desktop 11

    Hi,

    A friend of mine can't upgrade his Parallels Desktop 10 version to version 11.
    I've downloaded version 11 on an iMac wich had 10 already installed and activated.
    According to this knowledge base article: http://kb.parallels.com/en/123222 I should be able to update the licence from 10 to work with 11 but at the activation screen I get the message that my version 10 key can't be used with version 11.

    Please help!

    Dear GilianH, we've checked the records and found that you haven't registered Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac. Kindly register it and upgrade to Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac and let us know how it works. Thanks!

    I'm still getting an error; This key cannot be used with Parallels Desktop Built 11.1.2 when entering the 10 key.... :(
