I attempted to register a product that was purchased a while back but never registered in order to contact support and I'm getting an error when I enter the product key. Thanks again,
Hi Sylvester, I have the similar issue, When I enter the permanent valid key and enter the previous free subscription version key, I get the message - This key is invalid, Please check the key you have entered correctly etc.
