License number invalid

I attempted to register a product that was purchased a while back but never registered in order to contact support and I'm getting an error when I enter the product key.

I have the similar issue, When I enter the permanent valid key and enter the previous free subscription version key, I get the message - This key is invalid, Please check the key you have entered correctly etc.

Hey, I've checked your key and it has been registered in your Parallels account.
Please let us know does the issue still persist.
