Installing Parallels 11, asks for previous key?

    Hello,

    I just got a licensed version of Parallels 11 but on installing it, it asks me for my previous installation key which I do not have. It says that I have entered an upgrade key. Can anyone help regarding this issue?

    JFY, once you upgrade from 1 version of Parallels Desktop to another (and purchase the upgrade key) you will need to enter key of the previous version.
    For example for Parallels 11 you upgrade you need key from 10 or 9 version.
