I have only bought Parallels today, and I did trial it 5 months ago
During my trial, all things were working pretty smoothly, and didn't have this particular problem
Wen running the VM in coherence, and clicking the "Windows Start Menu", all I get is a grey box appear, where the menu should appear.
I have updated my Mac to 10.12.2 today, so could this be the reason that the Parallels SW may not be compatible with the new update?
Steps I have taken
- Reboot laptop
- Reboot VM
- Stop and start VM
- Switch from coherence to normal and back
Not sure, where else to start, to diagnose the problem further
SW Ver: 12.1.1 (41491)
MacOS: 10.12.2
VM OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
