Windows 10 greying out in Coherence mode

I have only bought Parallels today, and I did trial it 5 months ago

During my trial, all things were working pretty smoothly, and didn't have this particular problem

Wen running the VM in coherence, and clicking the "Windows Start Menu", all I get is a grey box appear, where the menu should appear.

I have updated my Mac to 10.12.2 today, so could this be the reason that the Parallels SW may not be compatible with the new update?

Steps I have taken
  • Reboot laptop
  • Reboot VM
  • Stop and start VM
  • Switch from coherence to normal and back
Not sure, where else to start, to diagnose the problem further

SW Ver: 12.1.1 (41491)
MacOS: 10.12.2
VM OS: Windows 10 Pro x64

Thanks @Maria@Parallels, but unfortunately, that didn't work

Just remembered from last night, when I first installed Parallels 12, it was all good. I updated the MacOS, and then this problem started to appear
