Unable to reinstall Parallels as it says it's authorized on another computer. I need to deauthorize it. Only want it one computer. I've had this problem before. Last time, no one responded to me until I posted a dissatisfied message on the forum. Again, this time, I sent an email to support and received zero reply. Please help me.

Hi Support Team, I am having this problem again. I need my key deactivated, so I can activate again. Thanks
Hi @KurtM, we have made few changes in the key settings. Please reactivate with the same license key and If the issue persists, please open Terminal end execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online and let us know how it works. Thanks!
Thanks for the prompt reply. I had to delete the licenses.xml file. But, then it worked without any problem.
