Password reset not being sent to my email

    Hi,

    I am trying to reset my password but four days after waiting I am still not seeing an email come through.

    This includes my junk mail as well.

    Who should I speak to about this?

    The account I need reset is not associated with this one, this account was created so I can continue working and also post this message.

    This is not the account that I need the reset for and whatever you did locked me out of my previous account.

    This is for a paid subscription. The account associated with the subscription is its.websupport@georgebrown.ca

    Is there someone I can call? I can't find a phone number on the forum.
