Password reset not being sent to my email

Hi,

I am trying to reset my password but four days after waiting I am still not seeing an email come through.

This includes my junk mail as well.

Who should I speak to about this?

The account I need reset is not associated with this one, this account was created so I can continue working and also post this message.

Hi, we've changed your Parallels account password and sent it to your via the private message.
Please try to login with your email and temporary password and do not forget to change password after first login
 
This is not the account that I need the reset for and whatever you did locked me out of my previous account.

This is for a paid subscription. The account associated with the subscription is its.websupport@georgebrown.ca

Is there someone I can call? I can't find a phone number on the forum.
