Trying to Contact Support for Activation Key...

    ...but no regular email, online form, or phone number listed; I don't use Facebook or Twitter. Needless to say am very frustrated right now.

    I upgraded online from Parallels 9 to Parallels 12, got the installer, but then it asked for my Activation Key. I never received a separate one for 12 so I input my key for 9 and...didn't work.

    I looked at my account online, but it doesn't show my purchase/key for 12. I have an invoice/receipt to prove the purchase, but it didn't include this mystery key.

    So hoping someone from Parallels Support monitors this forum and can get back to me...

    We have resent the activation key to your email, use it to activate Parallels Desktop 12. Refer to this article for various support options.
