Failed to install driver prl_boot

    I am getting this error in the setup log when trying to install Parallel Tools in my Windows 10 VM on my iMac.

    I followed the instructions in the article you linked to, but I do not have a key in my registry for
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\prl_boot

    No. I was never able to get support from any Parallels Support person after repeated attempts before my trial expired to resolve it. I moved on to VMware Fusion and everything works great.
