    Hi peeps,

I runa MacBook Pro, all updates current, and Parallels Desktop gives me a Windows 10 VM. I just upgraded from Parallels 12 to 13, and all works except audio, which I can't get a peep out of. The audio on the Mac itself works fine, but I've lost sound on the VM.

Any ideas on the debugging process?

    Thanks!

I have this same issue. I have to toggle the sound output under devices between default and built-in output. It appears to stop after a period of time.
Is anyone else having this issue?

I had a similar issue and have resolved it by upgrading to Mac OS High Sierra.

The problem was that not only did I had to toggle the audio setting between default and built-in as the prior poster mentioned, but I had to this every time the Mac came out of sleep. And the customer support pointed to a solution that did not work. Ultimately, upgrading to High Sierra did.

This issue started recurring and upgrading to 13.2 resolved it. Thanks!
