Hello, I bought a subscription because I needed to use windows for a project last year. The project was finished and I forgot to cancel the subscription. I am not using parallels anymore but today I got an email saying that they had charged me €82.64 for a renewal of the subscription. I tried to file a ticket but there is no such option in the website (it just keeps referring me to a FAQ). Is it possible to contact someone from either parallels or cleverbridge so that I can ask for a refund? Thanks in advance.
