How can I deactivate my Parallels Desktop 10 license

    Got a new computer, cannot deactivate Parallels desktop 10. Please reset the info. Thank you.

    We have reset the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
    1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
    2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

    I changed to a new Mac and cannot activate my parallel 10 on the new Mac. Please help.

    Hello,
    i have same Problem with Parallels 10.
    after Backup on my new iMac can't Activate Parallels 10 while follow Answer:
    "Ihr Produktaktivierungsschlüssel hat seine Aktivierungsgrenze erreicht"

    can anywhere reset the Activation process?

    I have the same issue .. I have purchased version 8(full), version 10(full) and version 11(upgrade). I cannot install version 11 to my new Mac. Please reset my info. thanks
