Please tell me how to remove annoying upgrade messages

I've attached a screen capture showing the annoying message. If Parallels does not have the ability to turn off these message then just tell me. Don't waste my time.

Hello, does anything appear once you click on "remind me later"?

The message shows itself every day. It's extremely annoying and it sounds like it's impossible to remove the message (aside from removing Parallels from my system).
