Reset license key in order to activate on new Mac

    i can't activate the license on my new macbook. I have logged out and uninstalled parallels.

    Hello support,
    could you please reset my license key so that I can re-activate it on a new MAC ? I just reinstalled Parallels with 14 days trials.

    We have reset the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
    1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
    2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

    Note: Parallels Desktop 10 is not compatible with Sierra or newer macOS X versions.

    i have the same problem, I have sold my computer and deleted all from the SSD and didn't deactivate Parallels and I also deactivated it on my Mac Pro because I want to use it now on a iMac but it doesn't work. Parallels tells me I have activated it already too often.

    can you also please reset my key, so that I can activate it finally on my iMac?

    I have now messaged you multiple times, over the course of one month, on this board and on your Twitter support, and the key is still not fixed. Can someone please help me? This seems to be a very common problem and is creating huge frustration for your users. Please fix this issue.
