Licencing issues/support contact

    Hi,
    We have an issue with our licensing.
    It was renewed a little while back and is live until August 2021.
    We're now trying to move it from one Mac to a new Mac but having issues.
    On the old Mac is shows the correct expiration date for the license though we can't move the license across.
    When we try to log in to the new Mac it won't log in, so we logged in to the Parallels web page to check the status of the license.
    It's showing the old expired date, this happened before for us also and we had to request support to investigate and resolve the issue to get the license to state the correct expiration date on our account.

    I've tried to contact support through the means provided which are Twitter and Facebook but getting no response after over a week.
    Does anyone have a more direct means of contact such as support's email address or number?
