    Hi, I have the same problem. I'm hoping to upgrade to the latest version of parallel. But when i tried to register Parallels Desktop 13 on the website before initiate updgre, I'm getting the error "This license key is already registered in a different account". Could you please help

    Same problem. Referenz-Nr by cleverbridge: Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition. Local registration is possible, but not under
    https://my.parallels.com/. Please give me some help.
