When I stopped the screen recording, got the error "Failed to merge video and audio parts" very often, and then the only got 2 audio mp4 and 1 video mp4 files, those files can't be opened (video maybe opened somtimes, but no sound). I'm using Win 10 professional(21H2). This error happens 8 times on every 10 times trials. This issue also happened for active window recording.
