Activation Limit

    Hi everyone,

    I'm currently trying to set up/install Parallels Desktop 18 on my new Mac.

    However, when I enter my license key, I get the message:
    "This license has reached the activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new copies of the product."

    I've always signed out of Parallels on my previous Mac devices, but that doesn't seem to help.

    What can I do now?

    I just setup a new Mac STUDIO M4 and used migration Asst to move everything from my Studio M1 to the new unit. How do I get Parallels to work on my new Mac M4? I've already reset the M1 so I can sell it. mike H

    can you reset the activation limit for myParallels Desktop 15 license key?
    when I enter the Parallels 17upgrade license and parallels Desktop 15 license , the parallels Desktop 15 is error.

    I am still locked out of my Parallels App. What needs to be done to re-Activate it? Please see attached screen print. Thanks Mike Hunter

    Hi! I'm having the same issue. I've reached my limit as well since I swapped computers to increase RAM. Can you reactivate my license?

    Hi! I'm having the same issue. I've reached my limit as well since I swapped my old Mac also I have sold my old Mac .
    Can you reactivate my license?

    Hello, I'm trying to set up my copy of Parallels Desktop 17 on my new Macbook.
    When I enter my license key and upgrade key, I get the message:
    "This license has reached the activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new copies of the product."
    My old unit is already restored and gone. Can you help me?

    Also, reset the confirmation key ending by *****-8YXAZP

    Please retry to activate Parallels Desktop.

    Hello, I need help with activation my Parallels 19 on my new macbook air M2, apparently it showing "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies"
