Parallels Desktop for Mac tries to open then times out. Here's what I've done so far - updated both Parallels and MacOS to latest release uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels booted in recovery mode and run first aid on disc utility hard reset several times This VM worked 3 weeks ago. Nothing has changed afaik. I have a current subscription renewing 07/26 which according to KB article posted 4/30/24 says I should be eligible for phoone, chat or email support. Instead I keep getting flipped to messenger, X or forum support. I'm looking for help either getting the support my subscription says I should be getting or help getting the VM to actually boot up.
