Requesting cancellation of all active subscriptions (No cancel option in dashboard)

    Hello Parallels Support Team,
    I am writing to request the cancellation of all my active Parallels subscriptions and to ensure that automatic renewal is completely deactivated.
    I tried to turn off the auto-renewal via my account dashboard and the Cleverbridge "manage subscription" link, but the system only allows me to change my payment method instead of canceling the subscription.
    Could a support moderator please look into my account and manually disable the auto-renewal for all of my active licenses?

    Hello,
    Thank your for your feedback.

    After verifying your account with email c.a***@b****p.de , we can see you have no active subscriptions but only legacy permanent licenses for Parallels Desktop 13, 15 16, 18.

    Please note that these licenses will not auto-renew.
    If you have any other subscription registered under another account, please provide the Cleverbridge reference number.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your reply.

    I recently received an email from renewals@parallelsnetwork.com informing me that my subscription will be renewed at the end of this month.
    The email contains a link to manage the subscription. When I open it, I am taken to a page where I can change the payment method for Subscription No. S26320825. However, there is no option to cancel or disable the renewal.

    Could you please check which account or email address Subscription No. S26320825 is associated with and let me know how I can disable the automatic renewal?
