Worked for me. Updated Parallels to 26.2.1, updated Windows 11 to the latest, ran QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2024. Loaded Company file fine. Before would get stuck on open.

FYI, when the problem occurred for me all of the QuickBooks files were in the VM's local C: drive and the problem has already been identified as being caused by the November 2025 Windows 11 update which was incompatible with Parallels v21.1 or later. This has nothing to do with shared folders...
