Once I deleted a file named 'OptiZero0.dat' (as described here: http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?p=13367&posted=1#post13367) my disk defragmentation went to zero immediately. The problem seems fixed. -- Bronson

I also have a file named 'OptiZero0.dat' however my hdd is formatted as NTFS. It's about 2 GB in size. Is this in fact a file I can safely delete and reclaim this space? -- Bronson

I tried installing Windows 98 (so I can use my upgrade disk for XP) yet anytime I press CTRL+ALT to get out of Parallels (leaving the session running), when I try to click back into the session, the installation freezes. Not sure if this happens on any other OS installations. -- Bronson

Is it possible to install Windows XP using an upgrade CD? I have a prior version of Windows in order to qualify for the upgrade but when I tried to switch out the CDs to comply with the request, I couldn't figure out how to do it. Please advise. Bronson
