Hi, I'm using Parellels 2 and was wanting to try the transporter stuff out. I've installed the agent (v3) on a Win2000 machine and made a "migrant". When I try to load it in Parellels desktop it tells me "Transporter 2" wasn't found. Do I need agent v2 to make this work? Where can I find it...

PowerLab ADInstruments PowerLab, using ADInstruments Chart. Blue screen crash when Chart is aquiring a USB2 PowerLab. USB1 PowerLabs seem ok so far

May have spoken too soon. Now getting Blue screen crashes on acquiring the USB device:(

OUr USB devices are now supported. Which we're thrilled about, and will be ordering a copy of Parallels Desktop HOWEVER, I have seen1 blue screen reboot of XP, stating something about USB handling.

Is anybody else having issues with .net installers in Windows XP SP2 running under Mac OS X 10.4.6? For me the installer fails to completely execute, which leaves the XP registry keys in a munted state. And from there I can't apply the .net 1.1 service pack. I have .net 2 which I'll try...

Uninstaller in the RC I haven't tried it yet but I see there is an uninstaller in the RC Thanks Parallels :)

Thanks for all your help Dave. Just wondering, in your opinion should Parallels supply an uninstall tool? I think that it should a) because it's a beta and b) because its using Kernel extensions Your thoughts?

I emailed Parallels support people and they said it won't be until the release version.

Parallel alters the kernel, so I'll probably end up re-install Mac OS unless another solution is available?

Is there a recommended uninstall process? I've heard rumours that Parallels may have "changed" Mac OS, so was expecting an unistall function, or at least it to be mentioned in the (128 pg!) user guide....

Tried it, the installer didn't run- said that "your Hardware is not supported" :(

We've trialled both Boot Camp (yesterday) and Parallel (this morning). Parallel is good to work with. The tools were impressive. I agree with other posts that both have there place in the Mac world. Boot camp (as far as betas go) had substantially better UI than Parallel - but again two...

Software looks good so far, but USB support is a clincher for us as our hardware is USB driven.
